To ensure that all of our clients get the best service possible, we make certain that all our Security Personnel are regularly upskilled with the latest Security Industry standards and remain committed and concentrated on offering outstanding customer service. We don’t deploy Security Personnel until we are satisfied that they can handle all types of situations skilfully and professionally. Not only this but all Security Personnel have continued training and updates on current legislation and are responsible for Health and Safety and Quality Management, amongst other things, as per our CHAS Accreditation.

With this system we manage and review the service that we are providing. We measure the quality of service by engaging directly with our clients via regular review meetings and giving our clients the opportunity to discuss any concerns or improvements with us at any time.

We take complaints and discussions for improvements very seriously and have dedicated step by step procedures in place to deal with them fairly and efficiently.
